Dr. Richard Voyles is a highly sought after mediator, advisor, speaker and trainer in the areas of Conflict Management and Organizational Performance. He is an approved provider and trainer in the court mediation programs in Georgia and Florida, as well as a contractor for mediation services with the Federal Government. Dr. Voyles frequently works with divorced and separated parents, helping them resolve their issues through mediation. He has been working in conflict management for over 20 years and his book “Understanding Conflict: What are we fighting for?” has received high praise for its positive impact on building healthy personal and professional relationships, as well as productive work environments. Rick is also co-host of the popular podcast, Co-Parent Dilemmas, where he answers difficult co-parent questions about high-conflict situations.
